Having a bun in the oven is both exciting and exhausting at the same time. Fatigue sets in as your energy levels decrease due to hormonal, physical, and emotional changes. Some of these changes include the increase in estrogen and progesterone levels, disrupted sleep, as well as stress and anxiety.

If you prepare for your baby’s arrival in advance, you can sit back and enjoy the rest of your pregnancy as your belly grows bigger. Remember to get as much rest and ‘me time’ as much as possible before your little one arrives, because once the baby’s here, you will be busy during the first year!

Reusable masks are fast becoming a fashion statement these days. However, stylish, yet comfortable masks can be quite costly. I’m on a constant lookout for comfortable and breathable reusable masks for my family, and found some which my children and I like, and I will share my review here with you! There are many brands of reusable masks in Singapore which I have yet to try. “How many masks do you have?”, my hubby asks. Oops. I shall try to control my mask obsession (for now, at least).
