Creative Director, Joel Tham, is not a newcomer to the services offered by CaregiverAsia. Nor is he new to using online platforms. He first found out about CaregiverAsia through a friend and his curiosity got him booking his first care service online. “The first time, I had gotten a nursing aide through CaregiverAsia for a friend who needed some help getting to the hospital for treatment,” he said.
Content with his initial care experience and ease of using the platform, Joel booked another service with CaregiverAsia: “This time round, it was a 3-hour cleaning service for my office. The caregiver was efficient, thorough and friendly. Her charges were comparable to most cleaners elsewhere.”
Joel, a seasoned online marketplace user, admitted he’s utilized another online company for cleaning services before and was hugely disappointed. “The overall service was poor. The cleaning was not consistent, and they had changed my cleaner twice, resulting in poor quality and a need for us to keep repeating our requirements to them,” he explained.

“There seems to be a quality control over the caregivers, which is important in a people-oriented business like this,” he continued.
Joel highlighted that not only will he intend to “use the cleaner on a long-term weekly basis ” but he will fervently recommend CaregiverAsia to his family and friends.
