庆祝佳节时,人们容易放纵,但重要的是时刻保持警戒以维护心脏健康——尤其涉及饮酒。了解真相以做出健康的选择。

适量饮酒没什么大碍?

真相:如果您已有心律异常的疾病,酒精可能会令病情恶化。这对于遗传了心律疾病的人来说,更加危险。一旦停止饮酒,您的血压在几天内就会迅速改善。
2021年1月在《欧洲心脏杂志》上发表的一项长达将近14年的研究表明,每天仅喝一杯酒精饮料,心房颤动的风险会增加16%。

此外,至今未有任何研究证明,饮酒对心脏健康有任何益处。目前尚不清楚红酒是否与某些研究所揭示的健康益处有直接相关,或是因为有其他因素的影响。因此,建议勿轻信它们可能带来的健康效益,更别饮用任何形式的酒精饮料。反之,应采取积极的措施来降低胆固醇、控制高血压、维持健康体重、保持活跃的生活方式,并坚持有益心脏健康的饮食。


卡路里只存在食物内?

真相:每克酒精饮料含有7卡路里,高于蛋白质和碳水化合物(每克只有4卡路里)。脂肪每克有9卡路里。


酒精可以帮助我放松,从而避免压力所带来任何并发症?

真相:饮酒似乎是应对压力的一种便捷方式,但压力大的人往往会过度饮酒,甚至酗酒。选择更健康的策略,例如保持活跃的身体活动,选用健康食品,确保睡眠充足,并以积极正面的心态来应对压力!
